What if it doesn't work for me?
We want you to love every Quirky Angel product. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Simply contact us via our Contact page and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery across South Africa takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over R1000. For orders under R1000, a flat shipping fee applies. We currently ship to all major areas across South Africa.
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
Once your order is placed, we carefully pack and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way. Have questions? Reach out via our Contact page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the courier. If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.
Will I pay customs?
No customs fees apply for deliveries within South Africa. All prices shown on our store are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
