Important Notice Regarding Beauty & Intimate Products
Due to the nature of our products, opened beauty, personal care, and intimate apparel items (including bras, underwear, and period wear) cannot be returned once opened or tried on, for hygiene and health reasons. This is in addition to the general return conditions outlined below.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at quirkyangelsa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products
- Intimate apparel (bras, underwear, period wear) that have been tried on or removed from original packaging
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalised orders
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
