Where We Ship

We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa. Whether you're in a major city or a smaller town, we'll do our best to get your order to you.

Delivery Timeframes

We source our products internationally to bring you the best quality at the most affordable prices. As a result, please allow 6–11 business days for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with international shipping carriers.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. We are always working to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, high demand periods, or carrier delays. These are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
